Atelier 17 is a Lisbon based practice that develops architecture, urban planning and design projects, anchored in a strong research approach.
Working in a country with a rich architectural background, despite limited economic resources, the projects developed seek to find solutions that adapt to the place and context, giving an individual and specific response to each proposal.
With a core team with more than 10 years of experience, some of them spent in countries as different as Argentina, Chile, England and Switzerland, Atelier 17 works in a multidisciplinary way, seeking to enhance the transversal aspects of architecture, without ever forgetting the challenges inherent to the present time.
